If overall hospitalizations and deaths are the same for both, then you might conclude that omicron naturally became the endemic variant, another annual flu strain.  Or you could go down the rabbit hole and talk about whether the vaccines ever did anything against covid, or if they were just useless against the minimally lethal variant omicron.

This could then feed the flames on the position that big pharm maybe knows this already, and that they are fanning the flames to get everyone boosted ASAP, as they know that they are in the doodoo when it comes out, and revenues take a plunge.

And then you might choose to sell/short Moderna and Pfizer.  Hmmm .....
