Peyto Exploration & Development Corp T.PEY

Alternate Symbol(s):  PEYUF

Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. is a Canadian energy company involved in the development and production of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in Alberta's deep basin. The Alberta Deep Basin is a geologic setting situated on the northeastern front of the Rocky Mountain belt in the deepest part of the Alberta sedimentary basin. It acquired Repsol Canada Energy Partnership (Repsol Assets), which included around 23,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of low-decline production and 455,000 net acres of mineral land. The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

RE:RE:Pssssst.......... Be Very Quiet and Nobody Tell Yasch:Yasch,

NASA would not receive a penny if they attempted to disprove AGW in any way. Their credibility in this regard is suspect to say the least. If you want to reference a NASA link in a quick knee jerk response to win a debate, I understand, but it kind of weakens your argument. Maybe you could find a link to a more objective source.

Here try this guy, former "Top Scientist" (As you would say) Climatologist, Even worked at NASA in the past (I wont hold it against him, everybody has to start somewhere)
https://www.drroyspencer.com/

When you say "Top scientific minds" etc., this is a very vague and generalized response that presumes that all scientific minds must be in perfect agreement for science to be truthful.
Scientists FREQUENTLY disagree with one another, in fact I work with many scientists on a daily basis, and they frequently argue over the most mundane topics. Deciding where to eat lunch with a group of scientists is akin to hearding cats. I suppose one could say the same about oil workers, or school teachers, etc.  The point being science is determined by facts being constantly and openly challenged, science is never settled, regardless of how many scientists are on each side of a debate.

Speaking of scientific facts, look around the house for a decent thermometer, take it outside, stand there for a few minutes, and note the reading. Don't use your phone, or internet, just take your own data.  If you happen to live in Alberta, you may well observe an actual record breaking low temperature tonight, depending upon which part of Alberta you may call home.
As you note the reading, ask yourself if this record breaking low temperature is consistent with a warming globe???

That is science my friend, one man taking data, posing questions, rinse and repeat.

If you feel those record low temperatures being recorded in Alberta and around the globe are not consistent with AGW, you are not alone. A great many "Top scientists" would agree with you, a great many would not.  Once again, that is still science my friend, one man with honest data, posing questions, surrounded by a universe of ideas.

If the AGW theory was correct, the IPCC climate models would not have all failed so miserably.
For close to 25 years most of the IPCC climate models have  over-stated global warming, some by a factor of 3 to 4.

Weather systems are much more complicated than a single forcing factor like CO2. The sun, moon, ionizing stellar radiation, particulate count, cloud formation to say the least all play a role.

Happy New Year,
I enjoyed your response,
Nukester
