Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:RE:RE:Insider buying Yeah  Id like to see a breakdown of share ownership for sure.  Am I incorrect in assuming that if IMG controls more than 10 % they would have to declare?
Ive allways assumed that its just a widely held public junior that is ripe for manipulation...but you can be sure my shares are not susceptible to a lowball  offer.
Wicked comparison with our neighbour SUP...lotsa insider ownership and of course Mike Gentille singlehandedly revived the company when he stepped in.
BTW I think Ive come across too harshly on JC.. Honestly I think he has put his money where his mouth is...just too bad hes not a better spokesman...but he seems to be a capable steward of the company...lets give him a chance to do his thing.
Also I think im missing something on the whole PG thing..when he bought ,when he sold, and why he was so upset...maybe Garland.  whoever he really is can shed some light?
