However, he said that the MBA by itself does not automatically give the experience to be an effective leader because success is forged by doing "useful things." Which really plays out across the board. Having an education without practical experience means you need to work your way up / prove yourself instead of parachuting into a leadership position.
Obviously the lower tier programs that let in students directly from an undergrad program, with zero work experience, will pump out entry level employees. In my mind the MBA should only come after someone has 5-10 years of work experience under their belt.
My experience has been that for management positions the bachelor of computer science gets you the technical precision, the MBA helps with strategy/marketing, and then all of the social sciences psych/sociology help you work the people in your ecosystem to get the "useful" things done ... i.e. deliver

Currently 70% of Brits are vaxxed.. meaning they are over represented. Or, at best, if the deaths demographic are in direct proportion to that country's vaxxed population, e.g. 40% --> 40%, then it stands to reason that the vaccine has no effect on the death demographic. If it is overrepresented, then you must also take into account the other numbers concerning the vaccines before you make uneducated statements like that, followed by some flaunt about your MBA background and how intelligent you think you are.

Or did you change the subject when this BS was so easily put to bed?
Education is what you make of it and education by itself does not in any way guarantee financial success.
As a case in point, when I was graduating from high school and close friend of mine's father who was a successful businessman offered his son two choices - have your university paid for or take the equivalent money now and start a business.
He chose to take the money and by the time I finished my master degree six years later, he was working on his third million. Last time I checked he is still richer than me.
