Although this news is being released on one of the slowest trading days of the calander year, I can't help but view it as positive.

With the ballistic shirt contract announcement imminent and MRS sure to win a significant share of it (as a joint patent holder), we will undoubtedly need infrastructure to facilitate contract fulfilment. MRS may need new warehouse(s) or other facilities to successfully deliver product on time. Additionally, the company will also need to hire new employees.

I think MRS is enetering a sweet spot and Buck knows it!
