Incentivized Board, Incentivized Management

Incentivized Board, Incentivized ManagementThere's nothing better than going through insider trading reports on Sedi over a morning coffee

Here are the current holdings of Xebec insiders. Although most positions are in actual stock, for the purpose of simplicity I've converted derivatives into share-equivalents.

William Beckett           443,000 shares
Gary Blizzard           1,000,000 shares
Peter Bowie                149,374 shares
Parag Jhonsa          1,000,000 shares
Guy St-Jaques             83,502 shares
Marinus Van-Driel    4,460,068 shares
Jim Vounassis             111,000 shares
Brian Levitt                  119,487 shares
Francis Seguin            114,027 shares
Kurt                          7,608,445 shares

Remember when Kurt bought 100,000 shares in the open market on March 30 and 31st at an average price of $4.23?
Some people might sluff that off as being a PR stunt, or a pittance to Kurt.
I disagree. $400 grand isn't a pittance to anybody, particularly to someone who's buying more of a stock he's just lost $50 million in on paper.
Kurt bought those shares at a price higher than the price he sold shares at 9 months earlier.

With the exception of Prabhu, 7 insiders have bought shares in the open market in 2021.
None have sold.
