Why you always think the delay of the patent sale is because of incompetence of the BB lawyers or some conspiracy behind it?

If you are the buyer, the strategy is to drag, as you said the longer it drags, the less value the patents have. And the buyer knows BB needs fund to invest in the new businesses. Plus the complexity of the already licensing contracts and law suit of the infringement.

anyway, the negotiations almost come to the end. Let's wish all the best for the BB shareholders for 2022!
