You are correct BUT.....

The year end is October 31 but last year TAAT didn't release the financial statements until March 1 which was a full 4 months after the year end so it is very likely the same delay will happen again for 2021. If the statements are released earlier then I'll be the first person to say that's great but I'm not cheering until it happens.
