CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

I concur entirely with your take on this. But would add that Claritas seems to be also moving towards the neonatal intensive care market. A recent PR (12/22) spoke about PPHN (persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn) as a key target indication. This market already has inhaled nitric oxide gas approved but only half of patients respond and it's not easy to administer. If R-107 supplants inhaled NO then Claritas will truly be off to the races. Perhaps they will carry out a pilot Phase 2 this year? Even if we had a few patients in a trial, if the results are spectacular we could see Claritas do an exit.
