The Omai property is located within the prolific Guiana greenstone belt in Guyana, located on the north coast of South America. The Omai property consists of one 4,590-acre prospecting license granted directly from the government and held 100% by Omai Gold’s wholly owned subsidiary Avalon Gold Exploration Inc. (Guyana), and two Mining permits for medium scale operations totaling 1,519 acres are held 100% via a commercial contractual agreement with a Guyanese company.

RE:RE:RE:Is the latest incarnation of .....Thanks, yes I'm satisfied it's not the Moose Pasture Perps of Mahdia.  That this recent financing was: 
1. Oversubscribed
2. Non-brokered
3. Heavily bought by insiders 
tells me all I need to know.  And don't worry about whether Silvercorp added or not; they probably did, through some stalking-horse entity they own or control so their name wouldn't appear and they'd have to hassle with the 19%-or-more issue.  That's how the game is played 

trooper22 wrote: It was a different company and totally different management team who did not see this project to the end.  Hense totally new managment, new company with reverse takeover, experienced field team and they are proving up what is in the ground.  
Whether Silvercorp subscribed or not they are already over 17% invested in Omai and probably more by now.  The next few months will tell the story.
