Keppel DC REIT (the Trust) is a Singapore-based data center real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets, which are used primarily for data center purposes, as well as real estate and assets necessary to support the digital economy. The Trust’s investments comprise a mix of colocation, fully fitted and shell and core assets, as well as debt securities. Its portfolio comprises about 22 data centers strategically located in key data center hubs, with an attributable lettable area of approximately 3.1 million square feet in 13 cities in nine countries across Asia Pacific and Europe. Its portfolio includes Keppel DC Singapore 1, Keppel DC Singapore 2, Keppel DC Singapore 3, Keppel DC Singapore 4, Keppel DC Singapore 5, Guangdong Data Centre 1, Kelsterbach Data Centre, Amsterdam Data Centre, and others. The Trust is managed by Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
