I'm not sure either, but here are a few issues that I can see: 1) they are overdue to announce first production of metal. This troubles me especially given they haven't mentioned anything about it lately. It makes one wonder if they're having problems with either the current equipment or the ability to scale the process. This needs to resolve itself and PDQ IMO. 2) the lawsuits may or may not be problematic. On that we will just have to see how things wash out. I have the feeling that if they do indeed have a profitable business plan, the lawsuits will take care of themselves in a way that is reasonable for everyone. The patent issue whether they have any or not is meaningless. You can make the argument either way that it's good or bad. As long as they keep their secrets secret, having a patent actually can be quite detrimental. So I understand their strategy there. They need to update us on what is going on in regards to production. Production. After all that is really all that matters and not who they've recently hired as a chief bottle washer. The longer they wait, the harder it will be to fill private placements and maintain the stock price at higher levels. If they don't, the stock will continue to drift downwards, but just MHO. Production, production, production. BTW, did I mention production?
