5 years ago YFI was 30 cents and zero revenuesFive years later and it's still at no revenues and 6.5 cents. While dozens of other TSXV tech plays could have made you money in that time. I gave up on this trash heap website a long time ago but the sadness of this board got me to post my first post in 13 months.
Let's put this into perspective. 5 years ago YFI and PKK were both nothing companies working on a business plan. (We'll ignore PKK's dropshipping business that did a ton of revenue and no profits for a couple of quarters). Pretty sure that baboon with too much spare time on his hands RoyallyScrewed was trashing PKK too, though I'm not going to sift through his 8,000 YFI posts to confirm it. Wish this trash site could sort comments by symbol.
Fast forward 5 years. PKK is pulling in ~$100M in revenue this past calendar year, recently posted its first legitimate profitable quarter and has grown to a $600 million market cap, leaving behind the microcap dumpster fire of the VSE/CSE and graduating to proper speculative small cap ready for the NASDAQ. YFI has done exactly none of that and melted away to a $12 million market cap during that time.
Babbling forever about some dumbass patents. Don't you get it by now? If a company takes this long to monetize its business plan and had failed to do so, it's NEVER going to do it.If you're going to argue about decade old patents and put your hope on that, you might as well go hop on Banx's junker QNC which is only on year #3 of that patent pump. So it still has some time. But to pretend that YFI has a salvageable business plan in a fast moving wifi industry while it has done the exact opposite of move fast is naive. You missed your chance to take the tax loss for 2021, don't miss it for 2022.
At least lscfa had enough sense to cast a wide enough net and catch some winners to offset the losers. How someone can be so autistic to spend his time defending this junk stock instead of buying a boat and swimming in PKK profits is beyond me. If a loser is a loser, dump it and move on.
