The problem with this company is, although constant claims of ''progress'', they never have any evidence to show progress toward the only thing that matters, the process to produce Magnesium metal, better faster, cleaner, cheaper, etc... than current Pidgeon or Bolzano technologies.
And no, setting up new offices, hiring more directors, PR/IR people, designating preferential feed suppliers...............is not evidence, its just more misdirection.
They allude to progress with vague statements that allows the blindly desperate to believe and draw false conclusions that support their dreams (ie. confirmation bias)

Using words like ''close'', ''feels'' and ''ultimately'' are meaningless especially in light of history (ie. the last 10 years of statements like these)
''Our timeline" ? OK, what is the timeline?
Funny how that is never detailed.
The reason for this is to leave it open ended so they can always say " we are meeting our timeline'' and never be proven wrong.
Very convenient, also very obvious.
Why does no one ever question their timeline?
The best the company ever does in giving an estimate is ''ultimately'' or that they are ''close''.

How about putting that in writing for shareholders so you can be judged with regard to progress?
The longer they drag this out with non sequitor news releases and goofy videos only intensifies the doubt that this will ever happen.
That doesn't help in filling PP's.
Just read the laundry list of possible reasons that may cause this venture to fail in the Form 10, its pretty sobering in light of how this has gone on now well into its second decade without actual revenue.

I am really disappointed in you KTD . If you read the reports you would know that they have the ablility to produce metal with their pilot plant.That metal will be tested for proof of concept and then will continue to produce metal for buyers to test the product for themselves. It's not the production part of this company that has the real value, it's the revolutionary process. Revenue producing production isn't what I'm talking about. The " Holy Grail " of WMG isn't the production, it's the techology. Any idiot can produce toxic magnesium. ONLY WMG CAN PRODUCE PURE GREEN MAGNESIUM IN THE WORLD. That my friend is what we are waiting for in the next month or two. You have been seduced buy the several posters here that own your mind with their misinformation. Yes we are extremely close to proving the process and that is the game changer not the production down the road. Build it and they will come. Own the green techology and the orders, off take agreements and LOC's will pile up because if you snooze you loose. Last one in is the last one to get served. That's why we hired an ex military personal that knows the ropes in that market. The share price now isn't anything to be concerned about, nickels and dimes, the big bucks is where this is going. If you day trade or wait for the stock to drop to a level you think is a good entry point you may have a little more time to play but when the confirmation comes it will be a differnet ball game.
Buddy, don't know how or even if you know what you are talking about and really don't care, just hope you are right.

While attacking those that point out things or ask questions in an attempt to silence them doesn't make the case that the company is doing anything any more valid.
It just shows desperation.
If there was real evidence of this supposedly 'disruptive technology' that would be the last thing people would be harping on.
Only proof will do that.
Put aside your anger and vitriol trying to discredit facts and give actual evidence that things are happening.
Its kind of a moot point because if that were provided this would be trading much higher as had been promised by so many here in the past.
Feel free to list your proof, ie. pictures of stacks of Mg ingots, sales figures...
