SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

Ford = failure. We have the dumbest leader running our province.... we are one of the highest vaccinated on the globe, I have my 3 shots, yet he wants to protect the vaccinated from the vaccinated so that more people can get vaccinated so he can shut us down again for a 4 th vaccination? His logic is f-d.

If he had balls to lead he would avoid lockdowns, add a few more restrictions but keep our economy open and push us through. Hospitals may get overrun, people will die but it will end quickly.

Shutting down is a giant step backward, it takes away our collective hope and trust in anything more they have to say. Our mental health deteriorates which has long lastng effects. He should look to real leaders like the Mayor of NYC...
