Compare DSV and NXE (I own both) Here's another, simplified, way to look at DSV. Consider Nexgen Energy. Both (DSV & NXE) are mining companies are at similar stages in that they are pre mine development with a well defined resource.
NXE: Current Value of ore in the ground = 594 M lbs U308 x $42 lb (US) = $25 billion USD (ore value in ground)
DSV: Over 1 billion Silver Eq. = $23 Billion+ USD (ore value in ground)
NXE: Current market Cap = 476,810,000 (shares out) x $5.86 (Cad) = ~$2,800,000,000 (CAD)
DSV = 325,000,000 (shares out) x $2.06 = $669,500,000 (CAD)
DSV and NXE have very similar economics with NXE having more infrastructure challenges.
NXE is being valued at 4 times DSV. If DSV was valued similar to NXE DSV = $8.32 (CAD)!!!!!!
This why I feel very good holding DSV. I believe at some point the market will wake up to how much value there is in DSV. This analysis is a bit symplistic though if you ain't got the ore then you ain't got a project. DSV just seems so undervalued here even with Silver @ $23. Anyways DSV is a investment I can sleep at night holding.
