RE:RE:RE:pause on Divdend?

RE:RE:RE:pause on Divdend?I hope your right... but I am not holding my breath that there is a partial reduction until indoor opens again which... may come sooner than we think. The fear mongers at the WHO are now admitting that Omicron is not as dangerous as first believed.

It explains why with 1 million cases today reported in the US, the market is holding up. Investors are looking past the fear and writing this variant off. We can only hope that the numb nuts running our government here lift these stupid shutdowns for what is essentially a mild cold.

"WHO sees more evidence that omicron causes milder symptoms... saying it could be “good news""

No way! They will pay as normal and expect to make it up throughout the year. Dividends (and these are not dividends but distributions but regardless in this case) are not like light switches. You cannot just turn them on and off. It simply does not work that way.

January's and 3/4 of February's (because of Valentine's Day and Family day)  sales are held up mostly by gift card redemption. We will still get those sales, they will just be stacked on top of regular sales once we reopen. And SIR gift cards (hosted by GIVEX I might mention) are not redeemable through Uber eats, door dash, etc.
