RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Directionally speakingI'm sure they have a plan to send some operations / mfg staff to train those at UEC so they can have a successful start and ramp up for BGX / Hy.Gen systems. 

This is far from a mom and pop operation, the market nor money managers or anyone with a sense of mfg would not expect anything less.
