RE:Interesting Article About ManipulationI sincerely doubt it's manipulation keeping XBC down.    The 2nd paragraph talks about, among other needed qualities, Stellar management.

XBC has not yet displayed that.  But reading further, there is hope as "Eventually, good companies go up. You just have to wait it out."
