I love being Jewish!!!!!!!!!!!!
While I believe the timining of the sale is questionable... I do believe that a sale of $3-$5 per share is realistic to expect this upcoming year. That would value OILS at a sale price of $500-$750M. In order for a sale to take place, I believe nextleaf will need to show 2/3 consecutive profitable quarters and solidify their GG brand across the country as a top selling brand. This in my eyes would validate the IP and would put Nextleaf in a position to negotiate a descent exit as they would be self sustaining.
I have been in OILS now for approx 12 months and my average cost is .21c. That said, the price target I laid out for myself has always been based on a buyout. I truly believe they are starting to execute on the strategy and a larger brand is going to take notice, whether that be pharma, CPG, or Legacy Mj company.
