Let me look at it a bit differently:
In March 2020 (twenty-two months ago) the shares were trading at $0.78 - now less than two years later they trade at $7.70 that is almost 1000% gain (not including the dividend received).
If that is not good enough for you, I wish you the best of luck finding long term investments with a better result.
No, I do not expect another 10 folds from here but we should see the shares trading in the $10.00/$12.00+ range by next year. Add the regular dividends and that is quite a decent return.
