Todays news release also says that the offer is open for acceptance until 5pm on Feb 7 unless the offer is extended, accelerated or withdrawn.

I have a load of shares and am aware of closing date 5pm EST but I was not aware you get your rewards soon of you tender sooner than that date. On another note those that bought on the Nasdaq are making a ton Have you seen today's SP. I told then on Hexo board to take a look when it was early 30s today. Good Luck
