RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bought 5000 more wts today @ .20 The ratio between the number of warrants you can buy for each share of stock has declined considerably since the fall of 2019 and the spring of 2020. It appears that, as more people have done the math, and have become more optimistic about the stock price going over a dollar, the warrants have become relatively more expensive. Concomitantly, the volumes have declined. Currently you get 1.8 warrants for each share – but it looks as though there is not that much volume at that ratio.
In that 2019/2020 time frame -- over a period of 6 months – I was able to switch most of my shares into warrants. Only time will tell whether this was genius or insanity. I’m hoping for genius – but I’m not taking any bets. I tried to aim for a ratio of 2 warrants for every share. Sometimes this was possible – I had one sale of shares at 22, and a purchase of warrants at 9 cents – a ratio of 2.4 – at other times it was not. It was quite easy to purchase 20,000, 40,000, or 60,000 warrants in a single trade.
As with most things in the stock market, timing is “everything.”
