RE:Apple pleaseIMO the longer it takes for us to get decision at CAFC is beneficial to QTRH.  I am of opinion that CAFC has arrived at decision but is not releasing it in order for the parties to try to reach a settlement.

IMO I believe Apple and QTRH are in trying to negotiate a comprehensive settlement which includes  AppleUS,  Apple in Germany and Apple in Canada.  

We have waited years for conclusion with Apple. Get it done right for future of our ITS and QTRH..
