Still hereVenting for a moment: TDAmeritrade took 4 business days to clear a JPMorganChase cashier's check that was physically delivered to the branch - incredibly frustrating, and meant I had to wait to put additional year-end liquidity to work here until today (and of course DME happens to put out some news this morning...). I had to chase it more than I'd like to get the entire order filled, but am happy to have doubled my position here at a great price in the big picture.
Apologies for the silence of late. I'm still here - holding, reading and waiting (still haven't sold any shares). I've been hoping that the depressed price would hold long enough to additional money to come online to put to work, and didn't want to rock the boat (not that I think my posts or anyone else's here really moves the stock, it just felt wrong to do so in my own silly mind).
Glad to see you were able to get back in Bertie - and that the market gave you a nice re-entry point.
I'm excited about the year ahead here. I don't know that management interviews and updates will move the stock much past (or even back near) previous highs anymore - I think it's really time for DME management to "do" (actual production, executed customer contracts, pricing clarity, revenues - along with RR identifying additional productive wellsites for further commercial development), instead of "talk" to move the needle in the market, and I'm glad to see that appears to be management's focus.
Oh, and we are still waiting on a decision from the Court of Appeals in the Flagstaff litigation (oral arguments several months ago (which seemed to go quite well for DME, so a decision could come at any time now). A favorable decision is unlikely to immediately allow DME to commece further efforts in the Well 3 field, but it could very well provide a good indicator for the eventual outcome of that proceeding and lead to acceleration of a potential settlement on favorable terms.
