Most of the transactions are excercising of restricted stock units into common stock.
I actually see this as quite bullish, you pay taxes based on the stock price the date of excercise in the year of excercise. To do so early in the year makes me think their thoughts are this is as cheap as the stock is going to get. On Catherine's transaction she had to pay $98k to excercise options and only sold $112k, probably breaking even or slightly out of pocket after paying taxes.
Whether management and the Board have too many options is a different argument, but that is common in junior mining and reflective of the long brutal bear markets. The transactions themselves I see as quite bullish - if they sell them tomorrow sure it is a problem, but reads to me like they are excercising now as they see price going up and this minimizes their personal taxes.
