$JK to acquire 'Mega Spoke' Facility and WeChef Kitchen

Yesterday, Just Kitchen ($JK.v $JKHCF) signed a letter agreement to purchase 100% interest in a 46,000 square foot 'mega spoke' facility and acquired the WeChef Specialized Kitchen!

The Mega Spoke will enable $JK to prepare food from up to 40 menus via the equivalent of 8 ghost kitchens. The one facility will provide the capability of supporting the entirety of the Company's operations across Taiwan. Plus, it has a technology system with the ability to fully integrate food ordering and receiving functions across its hub-and-spoke model.

The WeChef Kitchen will be a specialized 2,900 square foot ghost kitchen for high-end food brands and complex delivery-only brands. Located in one of the highest delivery trade zones in Taiwan, the kitchen will expand JK's ability to secure enterprise-level brands requiring larger spaces due to their strong demand.

These acquisitions will be a game-changer for $JK's model operations, increasing their ability to process a higher volume of orders and elevating their research and development capabilities.
