The Company’s projects include Gowganda, Ghost Mountain and Carheil. The Company’s flagship property, Gowganda West, is an exploration-stage gold project and is located within the Shining Tree Camp area in the southern part of the Abitibi Greenstone Gold Belt about 100 kilometers (km) south-southeast of the Timmins Gold Camp. Its 100% owned, Ghost Mountain property consists of 11 claim units (11 square kilometers (km2)) of land that straddles the gold-prolific Destor-Porcupine Structure in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The 220 hectare Ghost Mountain property, 42 km Northeast (NE) of Kirkland Lake, lies five km West of Agnico Eagle's Holt and Holloway Mine. Its Carheil is an exploration-stage project with multi-metal potential. The project is about 170 km north of Rouyn-Noranda in the Northern Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
