Someone didn't get the memo...

Tax loss selling is behind us... When i see "big" blocks on the ask for 150% of total daily volume you have to wonder what is that person objective 1) getting the best price? Not 2) short sellers? Maybe Anyways frustrating day but who cares in the long run.
