In comparison, Moosehead has 4.57 100 gram-meter plus core for every 10 holes drilled and Big Vein has 1 100 gram-meter plus core for every 10 holes drilled.
At this point Sokoman has more gold in the vault and is more prospective than Labrador Gold and Sokoman has other irons in the fire.
Sokoman has a 200,000 meter drill program underway and Labrador has just a 50,000 drill program.
# holes # holes over ave gm-m average gm-m
100 gm-m holes all holes
Moosehead 64 14 312 97
Big Vein 20 2 166 63
Labrador Gold closed at $0.88/share. You would expect Sokoman to have a higher share price.
So why not?
Likely because shareholder exuberance with NewFound Gold is spilling over to Labrador Gold that is sitting to the north of Newfound Gold on the same Appleton Fault upon which Newfound Gold is returning shallow high grade gold results the same as Sokoman.
Newfoundland is criss crossed by crustal faulting running SW to NE across the island. Sokoman is not on the Appleton Fault but on the same trend north of Marathon Gold's 4.2 m/oz Valentine Lake Project. Sokoman is on the east side of the Victoria Lake Shear Zone (SLSV) that runs parallel to the Appleton Fault to the east.
See map below. (if Stockhouse does not post the map you can find it here where you can see all the differnt fault lines traversing Newfound Land https://finance.yahoo.com/news/falcon-acquires-strategic-land-position-070500159.html)
