Send the CEO/IIROC an Email?I've never seen this before. The trading behavior before these latest announcements are highly suspect. They used two HC related announcements as a means to create liquidity? Why didn't the CEO buy on the open market to support current paper? Elevate the price and do a higher priced placement? This is not fair play.
