Patroller, I meant to add...

Paul Hill owned 300K shares as of 15-Dec-2021, 1.4M in-the-money options and $100K of debentures. He also probably has substantial performance awards that he undoubtedly earned in 2021 since the majority of his performance award was based on executing acquisitions.

Paul Hill was buying shares and debentures as late as 03-Dec-2021. It is incongruous to think that he would be selling now with so many catalysts in place.
