RE:The more DM does Business with Lotte@swynt,
Before that happens the boys(insiders) would align themselves with plenty of shares or negotiate a full golden parachute at the expenses of us minority shareholders, so this is another reason we would need institutional investors with 10% or more stake in the company so they can join the BOD. So I would not mind to see Lotte or Samsung buying in so they have a say in the company's business model and become insiders so they can understand the company in deeper ways. I would be good with that.
I would doubt very much that Lotte or any other potential buyers would be interested to pay a 500% premium when they could come right now offer 50% to 80% premium from the last 6 months of trading and get everyshare there is to control the company.
Which this could be another reason for my manipulation theory..... to keep the price down long enough to have some shark laying in the weeds to snap up that company and a beautiful discount from it's intrinsic value.
Talking about Intrinsic Value, I just ran some numbers on Palantir since some poster was comparing DM to Palantir. I allowed Palantir an increased of 60% earnings growth for the next 5 years and my Intrinsic Value is $8.45USD per share so no way would i invest in Palantir today. DM is way more favorable over the longer term. DM is way undervalued and way better investment.
