RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Debt interest Kalo is the one bright spot but luckily for Kalo, they have a competent team executing their business strategy. Sen is incompetent at best when it comes to business strategy and execution accumen.
I just don't see this company being able to execute a proper growth strategy internally in order to bring this share price to where it needs to be.
In the Discord, an email from Sen in October was posted that highlights that he just continues running around in circles trying to come up with the best "strategy" and partners for his tech. They have zero cash to execute a CPG marketing strategy, so I'm left wondering how the hell they plan on scaling and acquiring market share with internally developed brands.
All this leads me to believe that he is stalling the enterprise on this side of the border while he dilutes the rest of the shareholders out and just folds the company and rolls the distribution rights back into Infusion in the US when legalization down there looks likely.
I'm a moron when it comes to the capital structure side of things so I don't know what that looks like but I imagine it can't be great for shareholders on this side. But then again I imagine there could be serious legal consequences in that situation.
Unfortunately his inaction feeds these types of conspiracy theories.
