... while a buy out removes any decision making regarding selling at a set price... And at just under a dollar it would be nice... But I am a believer that the current fair market value is in the $4.50 range as per the recent stock analysis posted on this forum... So a company would have to come up with $1.8B... yep! All IMO. DYODD.
