May be Steve have not receive is full salary in 2021, like others insiders so they decide to by part of the financing and very confident to be paid and recover it quickly !

On the other hand, they want to demonstrate to the future investors, that they're serious and the plan is solid !

I am still expecting another financing somewhere in september for more clinics acquisition or others product launch !!! Dermato, Medisure, Kai... 

 Probably around 0,60-0,70 per share !!!
