I just don't get from where they will get the missing votes. Yes, it's a bit better but will it capture investor's attention to change their vote within a 24 hours notice...probably not. Maybe they found the support a big institutional holder. Like you said, why waiting so long to change the deal mix? Logically, they should have done it on the Dec 13th extension announcement. If the deal doesn't receive the 66 2/3 acceptance, they only can blame theirselves
