RE:RE:RE:Half a Billion FinancingYou are probably right, 1Student, I should not have been surprised that the company is setting itself up with a multitude of options to raise capital should their test facilities prove successful and lead to requiring substantial funds to build out appropriately larger production plants.

I just hope ( and reasonably anticipate ) that we do not ' put the cart before the horse ' and raise scads of dough before securing firm sales contracts based upon proven ability to produce ...the downfall of more than a few temporarily cash rich tech startups .

It does appear, though , that the recent weakness in the share price might have something to do with this announcement and the possibility of a rather large equity raise in the near future.

On the other hand, if the company does have to raise substantial financing , it will likely have some pretty nice orders to fill, so, as always..............CAVEAT EMPTOR !
