RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Debt interest Did I say the beverage tech is not real? No I didn't. You clearly didn't read my post.
$150,000 of Infusion's money is nothing to secure more shares and further dilute shareholders out. Especially since Infusion cashed out a pretty penny when Sproutly acquired the distribution rights for Canada, Europe, etc.
There hasn't been a single update regarding Moosehead since the LOI and that Sproutly wouldn't be giving them exclusivity.
KCI, CMG, and Cannahive are just further talk without showing any action.
You talk about the perfect product as being in important, but how the hell is this company supposed to successfully scale an internal consumer product brand with no marketing capital?
Does this guy think his product will be so damn revolutionary that it negates the basic capital requirements of running this type of business? That's even more worrisome because it means he's delusional.
I'm being harsh because there is absolutely no reason why Sen should receive any benefit of the doubt anymore. There needs to be a bigger show of good faith than his word or some cheaply produced youtube videos.
Another worrying fact is that anyone with any CPG background has left this company yet they still plan on internally developing and launching brands. Is that not a red flag to you?
