Pro tip on arithmetic:

When comparing two or more groups of people in terms of percentages,
The sum total of all groups can not equal more than 100%.
(Unless you are counting mailed in ballots in Philadelphia, but I digress :-)

If 81% of all new covid cases in Alberta are Vaccinated, a maximum of 19% could be considered Unvaccinated, not the 29% you repeatedly referenced.  

81% + 19% = 100%   See how that works :-)
