RE:RE:RE:RE:Half a Billion Financing

RE:RE:RE:RE:Half a Billion FinancingThe laboratory testing and third party validation of the battery chemistry has been long completed and it's graphene enhanced performance advatages have been confirmed.
Testing of the proprietary battery chemistry by way of actual in vehicle instalation and real conditions testing is precisely what has been or willl be completed, as per Mr. Nazarpour's statements.

"Some pretty nice orders to fill" indeed. Lire02

I suspect Mr. Nazarpour has Volvo Trucks and Volvo Bus, along with Cat and it's E-Fleet mining vehicles and mining machinery division, on his mind when he speaks to trucks and buses supporting the initial 2Gwh pilot plant/production facility.
NanoXplore is already supplying Volvo Trucks and Volvo Bus with lightweighting components produced by NanoXplore's wholly owned RMC.
Do you expect that Volvo's owners would greatly appreciate some senior ranking and interest yielding preferred shares, this after providing NanoXplore's RMC with a heck of a lot more business from the U.S side of the equation as well. The lack of a U.S EPA authorization is going to restrict a great deal of existing parts and components manufacturers from producing graphene compprised light weighting vehicle components.
In fact, NanoXplore is the only company allowed by the EPA to produce a unlimited amount of "Graphene Black TM" comprising materials, e.g. lightweighting vehicle components such as body panels, hoods, interior components, EV battery modules enclosures, within the U.S.

NOTE: "Graphene BlackTM" is at present the only USEPA sanctioned graphene which can be legally utilized in comprizing 'lightweighting' materials and components utilized by the U.S  BEV manufacturing sector participants, e.g. Ford, GM, Stellantis, etc.
If anyone hasn't figured what that 'exclusive' positioning as the only USEPA sanctioned supplier of lightweighting BEV automotive components within the U.S is worth to NanoXplore investors by now, they've probably been living under a rock, lol.

Do you know how many 4,000 tpa  Graphene BlackTM producing manufacturing modules are going to be needed for the U.S market alone?

NOTE: Have you seen the advanced technological developments pertaining to EV battery cells modules containment structures being produced and can you say Graphene BlackTM is being utilized as comprising materials utilized in the fabrication of such EV battery cells modules containment structures? That's correct "Graphene Black TM" people.

Note to worry Lire02,. There will be 'parabolically' share price catapulting news which would precede any NanoXplore issuance of equities or senior secured debt or designated senior preferred equity.

NOTE: Higher prices attached to any amount of the proposed 500 Million Dollars worth of capital raise, would quite obviously dictate extremely much lower or initially no dilution at all impacting NanoXplore's share price going forward.
