RE:RE:CNC BARCHART SNAPSHOT CHART BIG BUY!!I could be wrong but I think it is twofold. (1)..no announcement yet. (2)..the insider sale.
However on (1)..things get delayed and the very short term loan verifies that something is trying to be worked out. (2)..the insider sale was nearly ofset by Marks insider buy.

However, for those brave enough to sell in the $2.90s and buy back in now, I get it. Im not savy enough to know how low it could go. The sellers at 2.90s have not bought back as the volume had been pitiful. It seems though that not many shares being offered for sale either.
