RE:US$21.5M contract to ETC in Oct-2021Good catch Cabbie.  My guess would be that ETC has just been awarded the job but the contract hasn't been signed.  I believe that during the last conference call it was stated that they had been awarded a few jobs but wouldn't officially announce them until they are signed.

My experience woriking with government entitiies is that they can really drag their feet on this beaucratic stuff.
