Possible MS. I feel like he's just trying to soak up exposure. He won't change his PT without new data, but with all the attention Sernova is getting, it's a great time to take credit for previous calls. I don't think Sernova will choose to force conversion any time soon, as they have enough cash and the warrant $ will trickle in with a price above 3$. Easier on the SP this way.
