I'm educated enough to know that there are shorters and longs. "Fors"and gainst". Be it the stock market or negotiating the sale of a house. They're everywhere.The reason I know that is because I educated myself before investing a dime. Another reason is because I was blessed with a degree of common sense.

Most people know the Rules of the Game before they indulge. Most people lose because they got hooked by greed, after which they have to invent some acceptable balm for their loses.

Short selling is not illegal unless it is accomplished through insider knowledge. Are you suggesting someone inside the company is relaying important information?

Naked shorting is illegal and should be investigated.

Either way put your big boy pants on and stop whining.
