RE:Bullish?This is not a metric that follow very closely but didn't California put a moratorium on fracking in the summer? Are Primary Vision's counts for all of North America? This might be more indicative of gov't rejecting permits than a fundamental issue with forecasted demand, which I still read as strong. Could you elaborate?
