Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Strange that everything was't done at the same time. l do recall them saying the cash portion would be paid out "as soon as practicable" after announced payable date, whatever the heck that means. l have not received cash nor shares thus far. Can't imagine different brokerages would impact payout timing. Likely next week then if some have already received cash. Hoping for a breakout next week also.
