RE:ZMS and capital loss for tax 2021 purposes
BrianBrian wrote: Hello... I was wondering if anybody here has any information or advice for those of us who are stuck with ZMS shares. I have 150000 shares (canadian market) valued at 0 basically since more than a year. These shares cannot be sold nor on the canadian market and neither on the american market.
Would anybody know if there's a way to still claim a capital loss and definitely get rid of "this"...?  Thanks

I was also wondering if Faouzi just rides off into the sunset scot free or does he actually have to file some kind of paperwork to officially close the Company.

I do believe if you wish to claim a tax loss you can get some kind of document from your broker.

I am surprised that there were no class action lawsuits for the way this fell apart but I guess it is quite a common occurrence for the Venture Exchange. Common share holders just eat it and move on.
