RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Confirming News Story, Court Win

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Confirming News Story, Court WinYou literally admit you don't know what you are talking about, but then present every outcome as negative.  I don't see how there would be any problem adding OREA to the suit, parties get added all the time to lawsuits while they are ongoing.  And please point me to the decree that a CAD company can't be a part of the proceedings lol.

I would suggest that nobody here knows exactly what is going on. We are all speculating and the best we can do is to draw on the information that is provided (and yes, we can’t speak even to the accuracy of all the news that is written out there, from which we derive our opinions).

I am not a lawyer as stated in the past but I would agree that adding a plaintiff to a case is practice. However, this is the Russian French 1989 Investment Treaty. From what I have read It is specific to entities of those two states. Hence NG (via its subsidiaries sued France) not involving OREA or even the JV partnership. Further, even if the above were not true, I am not sure that adding another’s damages to NGs own already presented would be allowed.

You also call Montagne an issue.  A $9.13 Billion gold mine that just cleared a major hurdle is not a freaking issue!!!

And you refer to Orea as a mess again.  See the above $9.13 Billion, not a mess.

Again, as with another post I am unclear what “major hurdle” you see Montagne d’Or having cleared vs having now run up against?

As to the ‘mess’ you would need to read my previous posts to see why I see this situation as a complex ‘mess’ for OREA. This involves France/Macron, April 2022 election, NG, R-F Investment Treaty, NGOs, FSC, exploration licenses vs mine permission, OREA Montagne d’OR royalty agreements, etc.

Fake long, but you sure are good at spinning things and painting a picture as bleak as possible.

Again, all I can poiint to as evidence is my posting on this forum for years re., CGT/OREA; unlikely if I was purely a trader (heaven forbid there are any on this board) or shorting the stock. IMHO, all DYODD. Take all or no arguments into your consideration.
