Net debt as of 3Q21 was 82M; It is being said that Trevali's profits would be 25/30M for 4Q21; therefore, the net debt could decrease to levels of 55; as long as the cash remains at 40M.

For 1Q22 it could be 30/35M of profits, the net debt could be at levels of 10M.

Santander as of 3Q21, had an AISC of 1.36; that mine would probably have a total cost of 1.45 / 1.50, therefore contributing losses to trevali. Santander accounted for 15% of TV production and sales. By 2022 there will no longer be those losses; In addition, Cerro de Pasco also carries some liabilities, including bank and government debts. Net debt could be closer to zero.
